Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and can vary depending on location, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Occasionally, promotions may offer discounted or free shipping, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

International Shipping & Customs

We fulfill orders from facilities in multiple regions worldwide. If your shipping address is located outside one of these regions, your order may be classified as international. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, additional transit times, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must also be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@graphicpunks.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because we are a small business and each product is custom made, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item. All other sales are final.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to process.
